Trama:
La protagonista della storia è Mina Tepes, che nonostante sembri solo una ragazza, è la centenaria principessa dei vampiri. Dopo che da millenni i vampiri si sono nascosti al genere umano, Mina decide che è giunto il momento che si palesino al mondo e che le due razze si uniscano. I vampiri decidono di pagarsi l’integrazione razziale: in cambio del saldo totale del debito pubblico del Giappone, lo Stato dovrà accogliere qualsiasi vampiro nel mondo che chieda asilo.
