Trama:
La vicenda si pone in continuità con gli eventi della prima stagione, mostrando la ricostituzione della Sezione 9, messa precedentemente in crisi da un complotto, e il ritorno con stile del Direttore Aramaki, del Maggiore e dei suoi fedeli subordinati. Ancora una volta, questa squadra più che affiatata si trova ad affrontare casi di omicidio, riciclaggio di denaro sporco, sequestri e crimini informatici, sempre districandosi tra oscure manovre governative e burocrati disonesti. Il filo conduttore dei nuovi episodi è costituito dall'investigazione riguardante gli Undici Individuali, un gruppo sovversivo che compie attacchi terroristici per costringere l'opinione pubblica a prendere una posizione riguardo la situazione dei profughi delle precedenti guerre mondiali.
