Trama:
La serie è ambientata nel collegio (per la prima volta nella saga si sceglie questa ambientazione) della Noble Academy e ha come protagonista la tredicenne Haruka Haruno che ha il sogno di diventare una principessa come quelle delle fiabe che leggeva da piccola, e come aveva promesso anni prima a un ragazzo di nome Kanata. Un giorno riesce a trasformarsi in Cure Flora grazie a un oggetto (la Dress-up Key) che Kanata le aveva donato a suo tempo. A lei si uniranno ben presto due compagne: la presidentessa del consiglio studentesco Minami Kaidou aka Cure Mermaid e la modella/compagna di classe Sarara Amanogawa alias Cure Twinkle. Con l'aiuto delle fate Parfu e Aroma, le tre ragazze dovranno affrontare la minaccia della strega Dispia (Despair).
